Smith’s Gourmet Diamond Pull Over EdgeGrip sharpener is designed with two pre-set angle slots. The coarse pre-set diamond slot will remove nicks and gaps from the edge of our knife. The fine pre-set slot is equipped with tri-angular shaped ceramic stones used hone the edge of your knife. The sharpener has a non-slip base giving you added stability while sharpening your knives and Smith’s patented Edge Grip technology allows for sharpening on a table or countertop edge to prevent your larger knives from dragging over the surface. This Edge Grip sharpener can be used to sharpen straight and serrated knives.
