The new MasterFlo hose valve is jam packed with features every DIY-er will quickly appreciate. Flow control – twist nozzles, such as our little Big Shot super nozzle, are popular because they allow you to adjust the spray pattern to fit the need at hand. Our new MasterFLO flow control valve adds a new dimension – flow control. When combined with pattern adjustability of a twist nozzle, this valve exponentially increases your capabilities to handle every type of watering or clean-up job, because now, you control pattern and flow. Maximum force – nozzles and valves do not create or enhance water pressure, they actually reduce it due to water friction. Many nozzles and valves force the water to move through ever-smaller orifices, creating water friction which slows the water down. The new MasterFLO valve features a full 5/8 in. inside dimension, matching the standard ID of a hose. This eliminates the extra friction to slow down the water due to reduction. Shut-off – the easy-twist lever not only makes adjusting the water flow a simple process, it also turns the water off completely for the times when you need to pause what you are doing without having to return to the spigot. This is important when using a nozzle with no shut-off feature, such as a non-adjustable sweeper nozzle, or when you need to switch to a different nozzle on the hose. Swivel base – when watering or performing clean-up work with a hose, one must often change direction or angle which can result in the hose kinking. Our swivel base works effortlessly to avoid kinks that cause frustration and slow you down. Commercial length male end – our MasterFLO valve features an extended, commercial length threaded end, enabling this valve to be used with certain commercial hose nozzles with a deeper female coupler.
