PEX Pipe Type A, available with red or blue print lines for the simple identification of hot or cold water lines. For use with Expansion PEX A fittings and sleeves (ASTM F1960) and the only PEX A pipe approved for use with PEX B fittings, crimp rings and stainless steel cinch clamps (ASTM F1807) in potable water installations. Compatible with Uponor (Wirsbo) ProPEX piping systems (ProPEX is a trademark of Uponor). Potable water use. 100 psi (pounds per square inch) at 180 degrees Fahrenheit. ASTM F1960, ASTM F1807, F876, F877, F2023, F2080, F2159, ASSE 1061, CSA B137.5.
