Rechargeable flashlight and lantern in one. Features 24 LED (light emitting diode) lantern mode or single high-beam LED flashlight. Ideal in emergency situations, when camping, boating, working in the garage, or any other setting where extra light is needed. Leave plugged into any electrical outlet for charging, includes overcharge protection so that the unit does not draw power if the battery is full. Turns on automatically if the power goes out. Includes an internal lead-acid rechargeable battery that powers the lantern mode for 6 hours on a full charge, or the flashlight mode for 35 hours. Also features a back-up compartment for (3) AA batteries in case the internal battery cannot be recharged. AC (alternating current) adapter fits standard U.S. 110-volt AC electrical outlet, but can handle 230 volts for worldwide usage (prong adapter required for non-U.S. outlets). Far brighter than a standard flashlight, but still convenient with a carrying handle for easy portability and an on/off switch to use the light as needed.
