Smith’s 2-Stage Pull-Thru Knife and Scissor Sharpener features coarse and fine sharpening slots. The coarse slot includes preset carbide blades set at 35 degrees to quickly sharpen European / American style straight edge knives. The fine slots feature triangular-shaped ceramic stones set at 37 degrees and are perfect for finishing the edge of the knife and for everyday honing. The ceramic stones also sharpen serrated knives.
